Vice President Operations

Job Description : VP OPERATIONS USA rapidly growing Global Food and Specialty Ingredient Manufacturer with between 5 and 10 plants in the US. They are "confidentially" looking to hire an experienced VP of Operations /COO to oversee Operations of all US based plants. They are looking for an experienced Operation Executive with Multi-plant operations experience in either Food, Bakery, Confectionary and/or Ingredient/flavors etc. Top company - Very competitive base, bonus, benefits and equity · Must have at least a BA/BS degree and Masters is preferred. · Must be polished and have above average communication skills · Must have a minimum of 10 years of Operations Management in Food/Ingredient manufacturing · Must have managed at least 3-4 plants in the past. · Must have P&L management with a high financial aptitude.
