Job Description : CEO HYDERABAD INDIA FOR BUS MAKING 25+ years experience · 1. Position Objective Lead overall manufacturing strategy & operations, forecast & budgeting, manufacturing excellence, system building and business development. Drive lean manufacturing & process improvements, working capital, cost management & profitability, inventory management, competence building and risk management. · 2. Minimum Requirement Level of Education B-Tech (Mech) from reputed any institute. Work Experience 20-25 years of experience in Automobile Industry with minimum 5-6 years in senior position in Bus Manufacturing companies. · 3. Competencies required for the Job Knowledge · Analyzing industry and market trend along with marketing and sales, participate in developing business and operational plans. · Assimilating market intelligence and competitors benchmarking to improvise current processes within the organization. · Design technology road map implementation for EVs and assembly operations for an integrated plant with stamping, body shop, paint and general assembly facility. · Modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc. for controlling and reducing conversion cost per unit produced. · Complete in-process quality & improvement in process capabilities; providing guidance & recommending improvements on manufacturing methods to reduce errors, Quality of vehicle assembly, incoming quality of body in white (BIW), Bus built up and paint shop. · Effective services design review and implementation through maintenance function. · Technology intensive Automobile Brake Components like Air Treatment parts (Air Dryer, Air Processing Unit, System Protection Valve), Single Cylinder Compressor, Valves & pedal unit, Lift Axle Control (Lift Axle Control Valve, Quick Release Valve, relay valve), Electronic systems (ABS), Foundation drum brake parts (drum brake, slack adjuster, brake chamber, actuators), and dampers · Create target for product level cost, budget estimation, approval & tracking. · Evaluating major capital expenditure proposal, sustainable PBT, EBIDTA, Sales, Market development. · Green & Brown field projects conceptualization. Cross Functional Knowledge · Operation and procedures of Production, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, QA&QC and F&A departments. · External environment, politico-socio-economic situation, local administration, law and order situation. · Manufacturing compliance, legal compliance, health, safety and environment compliance. · Audits standards, root cause analysis and troubleshooting. · Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance and shop floor team relationships. Skills · Productivity trend analysis with international standards, procedures and concept such as (TPM, JIT, TEI, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, 7-Waste of lean, 6-Big losses, OEE and ISO/TS-16949:2002, ISO 14001, & OHSAS 18001. · Troubleshooting through TQM methods such as Wave model, Vertical analysis, Value Engineering, Bird eye view concept, 2x2 analysis, Quality table concept, Quality Circles, Quality Function Deployment, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) · Indian regulations, Urban Bus Specification (UBS) and EEEC norms. · Networking with government bodies and state transport unit on policy matter for EV vehicles tender specialization. · Specification for EV motors, inverters, DC converters, Aux drive, EV batteries and additional battery range extension using third generation riveting and bolting design. · Low Floor hybrid Electric Vehicles. · Latest technology in electric drive, traction system, CAN based communication and online diagnostics.
