Job Description : GM ZAMBIA A Multinational company in the FMCG industry looking for a General Manager to join their high performing team. Job & Company Description: You will be taking responsibility for the creation and delivery of business plans that support the group's strategic goals and manage the national team in accordance with these business plans. Build and manage relationships with important external stakeholders for the group, and take on financial and operational responsibility for all brands in the market as well as assist with all other managerial tasks where necessary. Job Experience & Skills Required: · Completed tertiary degree · Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in general management AND 20+ years overall experience · Experience within Food and Beverage, Franchising and FMCG industries · Regional experience mandatory
