Job Description : CEO NORTH INDIA FOR FMCG Location : DelhiRoles and Responsibilities :- Grow the business profitably through strengthening current Brands, new Brand & Product introductions and tie-ups, geographical expansion, suitable manufacturing strategy, improved Human resource quality and policy and other strategies- Directly responsible for achieving the business objectives of sales, distribution, inventory turns and control sales commercials in largely diversified FMCG business.- Indirectly responsible and accountable for the delivering the profitability of the business- Responsible for conceptualizing distribution practices to deliver top-line sales targets- Responsible for all trade marketing for all channels of sales- Play a pivotal role in managing costs across the department by rationalizing distributor, retailer margins and trade schemes to improve both top line and bottom line for the organization- Closely working with Supply Chain on developing a robust supply chain matrix in order to minimize inventory costs, loss of sales and ensuring high fill ratesMandatory :Experience : 15+yearsIndustry : FMCG with Food industry exposureSkill : Have managed PnL operation and must have handled General trade and Modern trade
