Commercial Head

Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD INDONESIA FOR INDORAMA As a Commercial Head, the Person will be overall responsible for Finance and Accounting, MIS, Cost Management, Plant expansion related procurement, Supply Chain management, Vendor Management, Inward and Outward logistics management, Inventory Control & Inventory Management, Stores Management etc Responsibilities Monitoring all matters related to Finance and Accounting for the Plant Finalization of Annual financial budget for the company and monitoring the budget with rigorously Oversee the fiscal reporting for the organization Financial and Periodical MIS analytics for improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs Finalization and monitoring of tax efficient strategy to optimize tax filings Oversee Procurement matters, with a view to optimizing and pricing and supply terms Handle all matters related to capital expansion procurement and bridging between Operations, Technical teams and suppliers Coordination with Internal and External Audit agencies to finalize the annual financial audit plans and arrange audits in the plant Interface with external Advisors on Tax, Legal and other matters on regular basis to ensure compliance with the latest financial updates from regulatory agencies and customize Company`s budgets and policies accordingly Monitoring and Analysing the periodical production reports. Oversee reconciliations with Banks. Develop financial statements and monthly/annual cash flow projections for use by Executive management and various committees and / or the Board of Directors Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization Oversee all matters relating to stores, warehouse and customs management Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certifications preferred MBA - Finance from a Reputed Institution Should have adequate experience as Head of Commercial or CFO level of a medium sized manufacturing Company 15 years plus experience in Financial and Commercial Operations in a mid size manufacturing plant Strong understanding of monthly MIS cost reporting & Financial analytics Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle) including the ability to coordinate with IT staff for system implementation, and the ability to oversee key corporate functions such as cash management, accounts receivables etc. Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
