Job Description : GM INDIA AND INTERNATIONAL FOR FMCG KEY ACCOUNTS Reporting to the Group CEO will be responsible for chartering a clear direction for the development of the Company's Strategic, Business and Financial Plans Report on Business development & financial performance to the Group CEO and the Board of Directors. in India & Abroad Research short- and long-range business opportunities and report to the Group CEO ▪ Manage Company;s media agency and provide them vision to plan social media campaigns ▪ Manage shareholders and plan customer engagement/marketing initiatives around IPL Cricket Season. Prepare board reports for the Directors/shareholders outlining operational effectiveness, trends and variances ▪ Lead a team of Regional managers and Work with them to develop sales and marketing plans & strategies for their regions. ▪ Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, Develop a robust review mechanism to track Business plan and deliver EBITDA and Sales Volume Targets for every Region and Overall. Oversee all procurement/import activities for the company and ensure business relations are managed well with Govt. Authorities ▪ Regularly assess, manage risk across the business and arrive the risk mitigation plan Establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development Have a close monitoring on Employee Health and Motivation, Product quality, Customer satisfaction combined with Service Quality Take Complete responsibility of ensuring relationship with KEY CUSTOMERS in Both MT & HORECA to facilitate delivery of agreed volumes Year on Year coupled with servicing to deliver customer satisfaction. Monitor and report the company's credit risk & exposure maintaining a low rate of delinquency. Work closely with the Financial Controller and manage the Revenue Profitability ratio monitoring Costs and stay within Budget without escalation. Be pro active to competition in the Market Required Candidate profile The candidate not exceeding 42 Years must ideally bre a Gradute + MBA currently either in a National or Minimum Regional role handling B2 B Sales pertaining to HORECA and MT Must be good at existing Customer relationship and must be in a position to negotiate and drive the Business through the 2 channels of Frozen Meat products and other items currently being imported. Can be from FMCG TELECOM RETAIL or DURABLE INDUSTRY with the ability to handle both HORECA & MT Must also be in a position to expand the Business B2C Essential Skills: Leadership, Sales Tactics, Strategic Thinker, Service Planning, Great Interpersonal Skills, Strong Business Acumen, Negotiation, Presentation and Eye for Detail. Role is based at Mumbai however, there will be business travel up to 2 weeks and the incumbent should be comfortable with this schedule GM India should periodically facilitate Video Conferencing with the board members and shareholders abroad. ▪ GM India to plan and facilitate business reviews with the stake holders. ▪ GM India to represent the company in Tradeshows, Shareholder Meetings, Board Meetings and business meetings facilitated by Overseas Embassy/Trade Enterprise ▪ GM India to Lead, Coach and give business direction to the India team ▪ GM India to cut through the business and for see business opportunities and plan resources for execution
