Job Description : SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR LUBRICANTS UAE Industry: Oil & Lubricants Job Responsibilities: • o Responsible for handling production independently & must be capable of managing a fully automated plant by leading the absolute production team. o Responsible for supervision of all phases /processes of plant including: production, production quality control , maintenance, receiving, and storage of raw material along with finished goods. o Responsibilities also includes hiring and training production executives and facility/physical of plant up-keep and capital improvements. o In addition, the Production Manager will work closely with Head Production for annual budget planning and execution. o To work closely with other teams to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation of the company. o Managing production planning process standardization and up gradation Planning and execution of operation, planning & preventive maintenance o Preparing SOPs, manuals & work instructions for total operations Responsible for quality management, Maintenance Management Training of Assistants/ Supervisors o To achieve production targets and objectives of the company. Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals. o To ensure that the plant personnel are working with all the PPE’s, ZERO tolerance on HSSE, HSSE & Quality are our top priorities, always keep this in mind and accordingly train other production staff. o Work very closely with the maintenance team for preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and then adhere to it, so that production is never stopped because of the breakdown maintenance. o To maintain all the records related to grease production, packing, filling and dispatches and to also maintain raw data of production log sheets, such as base oil consumption, additives consumption and other material consumption. o Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring production losses to determine trends and areas of improvement. o Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc. to drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements: • o 8-12 yrs of experience required in similar field o Must possess experience working in oil & lubricants production company o Language fluency: English & Hindi
