Production Manager

Job Description : EXPATRIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER Role: Production Manage, Injection Molding Responsibilities: • Thorough understanding of the injection molding process, including secondary operations, and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within any production process. • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Dedicates approximately 20% of the day performing the in-process inspection on production parts • Dedicates approximately 10% of the day to performing administrative tasks • Has the knowledge and qualifications to perform general job duties of the machine and secondary operators as needed to ensure smooth operations (covering breaks or absences) • Gives appropriate work direction to shop floor employees • May be asked to work in shifts besides the normal work shift Requirements: • Diploma/graduate/post-graduate • Minimum 10 years in injection molding
