Job Description : Expatriate Country Manager Equipments Location: Nigeria Responsibilities: • liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports • Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff • Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency • Building professional relationships with staff and clients • Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times • Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly • Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required. Requirements: • Have B2B experience • Good in trading and can drive the sales • Must have Profit & Loss knowledge • Aware of the Operating Profits, net profits, and all other contractual terms • An engineering education background will be an added advantage
