Job Description : DIVISIONAL CFO AUSTRALIA Large ASX listed business who are industry leaders and well respected in the industry. With a focus on people they care about their staff and the communities they work in. An exciting time to join the business, they have exciting and ambitious decarbonization plans which are well underway in addition to a company wide transformation. With a team of circa 25, the CFO is responsible for all matters financial relating to the division, for driving operating leaders to achieve planned targets and strategic initiatives, and influencing outcomes to deliver enhanced shareholder returns. Working with the Executive General Manager you will provide data driven insights and commercial analysis to influence strategic direction and translate this into actionable plans. Together you will re imagine the future strategy and operations of the business. CA/CPA qualified, a postgraduate qualification is desired. Technical excellence is key as is commercial acumen and demonstrated success in influencing outcomes and strategic initiatives to drive the business forward. You will be a natural leader, creating high performing teams and robust succession plans, and influencing across all levels of the organisation. You explain the complex simply. You will be an experienced CFO in a large listed environment in complex retail or FMCG operations.
