Job Description : GM ETHIOPIA General Manager Redawa Motors Industry PLC is pioneer vehicles assembling plant equipped with stat-of-the-art technology and facilities located at Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. It currently assembles world renowned automotive products of TVS KING (3 wheeler) and TATA (SCV) Small Commercial Vehicles to Ethiopian market and aims to diversify its products and market. The GM reports directly to shareholders or their designee. Overall, the GM is responsible for all strategic, operational and day-to-day works of the Company. The GM should hold a minimum of first degree or above in mechanical, automotive, industrial or similar engineering fields; and should have a minimum of 10 years, out of which 5 years in managerial position, service in automotive industry;.
