18 yearsJob Description : RSM SINGAPORE FOR ASEAN An exciting Regional Sales Manager job opportunity has just been made available at a leading small domestic appliances/consumer electronics company. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the company's distribution network for SEA and Pacific regions. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for appointing relevant local distributors, negotiate product ranges and prices, manage forecasts and stocks, and manage commercial relationships with distributors. The successful candidate will align marketing and commercial strategy defined by the Commercial Director. Prospect and appoint relevant local distributors to develop long term relationship and business growth Recommend and negotiate product ranges, selling prices to the distributor Analyse the sales trends, manage the sales forecast and product supplies Propose relevant actions to develop the sales and achieve the financial targets Coordinate the marketing and communication plans between distributor and the regional team Prospect and appoint relevant local distributors: Visit the countries, prospect potential distributors and conduct market analysis to find and recommend the most relevant approach and partners to develop the business Sell product ranges: Implement and sell the products Prepare the price lists and review them periodically according to the contracts and the commercial policy. Negotiate on ad hoc basis special deals with distributors Analyse sales and forecast: contribute to the forecast preparation and validate it every month. Follow up with the logistics teams and with the distributors Animate business: support the distributor teams in the negotiation of product listings, and other commercial events. Track sales performance to achieve the financial targets Develop marketing execution: Ensure right execution of the product and brand displays presence in stores, and track the listings. Coordinate the activities with the regional marketing managers Store check and bench marking: visit stores, and track competitor activities Report sales trends, distribution evolution to the regional team To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager job opportunity, you will need to possess prior experience in managing distributors in the region and have a solid sales track record. Strong understanding of retail and distribution Excellent negotiation and commercial skills Ability to motivate, influence and persuade Strong presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication ability Business Degree At least 18 years of experience in small domestic appliances business
