Job Description : FOOD PROCESSING PLANT DIRECTOR FRANCE A dynamic start-up in the structuring phase after the start-up of its factory more than a year ago, our client is looking for an agri-food site manager (F/M) to support its strong development. The position is based in Savoie. Reporting to the general management, the agri-food site manager (M/F) manages this modern and automated factory by supervising a team of around fifteen people with the aim of very high growth. Guarantees the achievement of production objectives in conjunction with the sales department Ensures compliance with quality issues and deals with any deviations Manage teams to achieve site goals Built a framework of procedures to make production processes more reliable Exchange with General Management for the definition of strategic aspects Provides technical and organizational expertise on a daily basis Participate in future development projects (new lines, recruitment) Represents the company with local stakeholders Trained as an engineer (or equivalent), you have proven experience in plant management, which you have supported in the ramp-up by providing a large structure, ideally in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries. You have excellent knowledge of fluid management industries (bottling, process industries). You know how to engage your teams in a process of development, innovation and progress. A good level of English is necessary to manage possible international developments. Committed and very reactive in your work, your personality allows you to evolve in contexts in perpetual motion while giving a precise framework. You know how to convince and train your teams to achieve results. Ambitious, rigorous, and creative, you have a strong capacity for independent decision-making.
