Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : FMCG SCM AUSTRALIA Working closely with the Senior Management Team and reporting to the Head of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery of major strategic growth both nationally and internationally. Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and refining strategy and process across the full Supply Chain, from Production Planning through to Despatch Supply Chain Strategy Procurement/Sourcing Production Planning Distribution/Logistics Team Management Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar coupled with considerable commercial experience. Demonstrable experience across the complete Supply Chain Management process. Ability to design/re-design frameworks, processes, procedures and systems. A continuous improvement mindset, ideally from FMCG (Food/Snacks/Beverage a bonus) Excellent Communication skills Overall, you will need to be a self-motivated individual. Innovative and action orientated, your skills and abilities will enable you to exercise professional independent judgement with minimal intervention.
