Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER AUSTRALIA an established Australian owned company who have been in business for over 50 years. They have grown and expanded their operations over the years and are one of the leading players in their sector in terms of manufacturing of high-end products. The company is going from strength to strength and are well exceeding their goals and are in need of a Finance Manager to lead their finance functions. Working across all aspects of the businesses you will be responsible for your sound financial knowledge and guidance across all aspects of the businesses. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Business partnering with Partners, Management and Employees Board and Management reporting Financial analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting Monthly and annual financial and tax reporting (including risks, opportunities and financial commentary) for the organization Prepare and support the development of dynamic budget and forecasting models. Ongoing oversight and improvement of financial controls, systems and processes Foreign Exchange trading and ensuring FX alignment to customer contracts Cashflow and Treasury Management, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, equipment financing Development of strong cashflow forecasting incorporating all project accounting milestones We are looking for a team player who is looking to join a high performing and collegiate culture. You will have a strong background in finance ideally possessing the following experience and qualifications: CA/CPA qualified accountant Delivering insights upon which sound decisions were made. A proven background and experience leading people Well-rounded stakeholder management skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel High level of attention to detail Project Accounting principles Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills See the value of, and show alignment with, our organisational purpose.
