Accountable for end to end management and administration of the assigned project (s) within Civil and MEP division of the Construction BU and associated activities such as but not limited to projects planning and delivery, P&L, QHSE matters etc and ensuring the same standards and BU processes are implemented across all projects 2. Accountable for overall program mobilization and delivery, operations, planning, identifying key issues and constraints, setting key milestones, reviewing program progress and giving overall direction to projects 3. Accountable for all external stakeholder management with Client, Subcontractor, Consultants, Regulators & Governmental authorities. Accountable to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table 4. Accountable for all internal stakeholder management with HR, PEL, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance and other associated corporate and Divisional functions to ensure project delivery as per set program and contract expectations. Accountable to ensure that project related issues and concerns are addressed by routine engagement with respective functions 5. Accountable to ensure all build costs and associated revenue is accurately planned, forecasted, captured and reported 6. Responsible for all project financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions 7. Responsible for all project productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof. Skills · A proven work experience as a Director Construction Civil/MEP in a similar organization · Strong writing and record keeping abilities. Strong IT skills. Strong communication, planning & organizing skills · Exceptional leadership skills. Ability to lead and transform the division. Ability to garner Management support and confidence.
