Job Description : GROUP HEAD UGANDA FOR HEALTH CARE Leading healthcare brand in East Africa Role: To lead the development and implementation of the Marketing and sales strategies across the Group. The Group Head BD and Strategy provides a strong business background involving marketing, direct sales, sales and channel management, contract negotiation, development of pricing strategies and key account management etc. KRAs: 1. Strategic commercial growth 2. Distribution network development 3. Functional Leadership and Talent Development 4. Research and Key Markets Development 5. Strategic Relationship Building and Networking 6. Steer Business Compliance MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. - MBA desirable. - Over 10 years of working experience in a related field, 4 years of which should be in at a senior management position. - Medical background or Pharma experience is pre-requisite. - Other certifications or exposure in Commercial Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Management and Procurement are also preferred.
