Job Description : Head of Operations - GCC for global retail company in Dubai The role will be overlook the overall operations, including foreign trade (import-export), logistics, warehouse management, distribution of goods, retail operations, IT, and wholesale customer service. Requirements: - 8 – 10 years of experience, including order fulfilment (retail), warehouse process, foreign trade, IT systems (optional), and supply chain management - Management / Leadership experience (must have managed a team) - Experience in communicating with Senior Management; adept in presenting data analytically - Experience in transformation and change management scenarios - Experience in e-commerce fulfillment Salary: up to 35k
