Business Controller

Job Description : Business Controller Supply Chain for a leading manufacturing industry based out at Kenya Any transport/auto industry candidate can apply The Business Controller – Supply Chain challenges and supports the Transport and Auto Workshop Function in business performance, risk analysis, planning, and forecasting. The role ensures that business risks are promptly anticipated, articulated, and effectively managed. The position is fully accountable for measuring and communicating all financial & operational performance metrics, control systems, and compliance. Knowledge And Experience Requirements: • The ideal person should be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, and CIMA) with a university degree. Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is an added advantage. • S/he should have a minimum of 8 years with at least three (2) years of well-rounded experience in leading a team including. • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and ability to oversee strategic financial goals, from diagnostics to planning, and from projections to reporting. • High attention to detail, ensuring that all financial submissions are complete and accurate. • The role holder should be able to concisely articulate complex arguments and ideas • Able to work autonomously, strong self-motivation & maturity to remain accountable for results. • Excellent communication skills both when working with peers and colleagues, as well as when remaining an approachable and accessible figure to direct reports.
