Corporate Finance Manager 
15 yearsJob Description : Corporate Finance Manager reporting to the Group CFO: We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager for a group of Manufacturing Companies, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Job holder will be responsible for managing the Corporate Finance Department section for the group of Companies effectively; provide overall financial analysis and planning expertise and create an active partnership with group of companies to handle all Corporate business finance affairs (Corporate management reporting, Consolidation, Control, Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and supports the business units heads) to ensure all finance activities for the group of companies is carried out accurately, timely and in compliance with the relevant standards and regulations: 1- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting including the coordination and completeness of annual audit reviews and ensuring compliance all legal requirements. 2- Guide the effective understanding of the impact of financial reporting on the business performance across the team and ensure all required reporting is completed timely, accurately and in compliance with required standards. 3- Manage the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the business in collaboration with the business and finance to support in planning effective Corporate Finance Functions, challenge the assumptions used in the budget and recommend adjustments for achievable targets. 4- Lead and guide the conducting of investigations of all actual budgets vis-à-vis forecasted values and identify any variances or gaps, to ensure these variances are corrected in a timely manner, in line with the Group’s financial policies. 5- Act as a business finance partner and a trusted advisor on business performance and strategic issues in the area, in order to create a real and active partnership. 6- Address financial issues such as capital funding (structure) and investment strategies for the business. 7- Collaborate with the Group CFO in conducting of analysis and monitoring of organizational performance and perform quality control evaluations involved in departmental projects and corporate initiatives, recommend improvements, increase customer service levels. 8- Develop and maintain relationships with Banks, Insurance companies, and financial consultants. Qualification & Experience: 1- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Management. 2- Professional certifications CPA, CMA, or CA. 3- 15 years’ experience in Finance Department, out of which minimum 5 years as Finance management level in Building Materials or Construction Industry. 4- Knowledge of financial or accounting systems especially Epicor. 5- Proactive and self-starter. 6- Meeting monthly and quarterly deadlines. 7- Presentations skills.
