Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Chief Finance Officer Industry: Construction Location: Tirana, Albania Responsibilities: • Develops financial and tax-related strategic plans; • Take the lead and develop a continuous evaluation of both short-term and long-term financial strategies to ensure the achievement of company objectives; • Implement effective internal controls within the organization and ensure compliance with the control guidelines; • Participates in key decision making of the Company; • Establish financial targets and KPIs for monitoring and evaluating progress of SPV/companies; • Monitors and analyze budget implementation of each individual SPV/company part of Development; • Maintain strong relationships with the senior executives by identifying their needs and providing a wide range of business solutions; Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Business or Finance required. Master’s degree in Business or Finance preferred/required. • At least 15 years of progressive experience in Accounting with a strong emphasis on financial management function • At least 5 years of management experience in heading a finance department of medium – large size private company. • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization. • Advanced communication skills both oral and written. • Interested in process improvement
