Job Description : Chief Operating Officer/ Business Head Job Location-Pithampur-Indore (M.P.) Qualification – BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Salary- Around-50 LPA Age Group- 40-55 Years. Experience – Minimum 20 yrs of which last 5 yrs. should be as Plant Head. Responsible for overall P&L. Working as business head. Client- Leading Auto component / Precision Engineering components Mfg. Industry. R & R- The candidate should have adequate knowledge of business and management principles and technical expertise to deal with complex issues. He Should be able to lead a team of around 500 technocrats, commercials & other staff + workers. He will be fully responsible for the day to day operations of the unit in Pithampur as Overall In charge. His main responsibilities will be- Meeting Sales Targets, Customer satisfaction in terms of quality & delivery, Budget & Cost control, Asset Utilization, Productivity, System discipline, IT Infra developments, Human Resource Management, Optimum Utilization of resources. Preference will be to candidates having exposure to implementation of Industrial Engineering techniques. Candidate will work as COO & will be responsible for the P&L. He will work as next to the Owners & will work as per guidance from Top Management from time to time. Should be able to execute the work assigned to take the company to the next level.
