Job Description : Assistant Material Management Manager NIGERIA FOR TGI GROUP Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities Responsible timely delivery of materials. Responsible for material balance and losses during dispatch and packing. Conduct periodical training for all factory staff involved with Mat Management Run periodical performance checks to ensure machines and operators are performing efficiently Actively participate in new product and SKU development. Keep innovating MFA and packing process on regular basis. Improve manpower efficiency / MHPT Follow-up of packing materials and ensure least inventory and no stock out. Reduce packing materials losses. Follow regular follow-up of WH & product fumigation and maintain good housekeeping. Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements Diploma or B.Ed / B.Tech in Oil TechnologY / Engineering along with additional qualification in material management. 10 working experience in edible oil factory in the production / packing process + 10 years in handling of big warehouse and material management. Person should be able to calculate process cost, production losses and packing and bagging. Knowledge of Silo & Warehouse operations Working in SAP operated plant will be an additional advantage. Candidate must have worked 3-4 years in the position of Material management in a reputed industry.
