Job Description : Commercial Manager UAE 15+ years experience AED 65K plus benefits Job Description : We are searching for a top-notch business leader that will develop, execute, and manage our Seller Tools efforts. Our seller tools are a suite of products designed to help our marketplace sellers promote their business and improve their online business management. This is a unique opportunity for talented and experienced individuals with the right mix of business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution skills to lead a business unit at Worxmart. Responsibilities:• Lead the Seller Tools business unit• Own the business unit’s objectives, P&L and be accountable for achieving its KPIs• In charge of budget allocation and operation (headcount, marketing, etc.) while working with the dedicated leaders to allocate and prioritize resources• Lead planning of goals and budgets/resources required to meet goals and targets• Lead all commercial aspects and growth/scale-up for the initiatives including planning, initiation, and execution of partnerships and business development.• Responsible for prioritization of roadmap and other cross-company efforts of dedicated resources the ensure goals mitigation• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and implement insights respectively• Consistently define and use metrics and KPIs to ensure the success of business initiatives and budget mitigation and monitor them on a daily basis• Champion for communication and synchronization of all stakeholders• Present to senior management on business and product performance• Research and plan areas for improvement and expansionJob Requirements : Proven experience and track record of management roles in product companies Held ownership of P&L or led complex commercial aspects of business units Strong analytical and technical background with a data-driven approach Led successfully incubation and product-market-fit of business initiatives Assertive leader.
