Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM An exciting Production Manager job has come available at an international electronics component manufacturing company in Hai Duong. In this role, you will manage manpower and scheduling needs in order to keep all production departments running in an efficient state. Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff Manage operation of all production processes manage human resources from recruitment, training, assignment, evaluation and promotion Organise team and assign its right and responsibility when needed Understand company direction of mid-term, long term, then align it with monthly plan to subordinates. Then check progress of each activity, summarise result monthly and report to manager Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering or Industrial engineering Must have at least 10 years experience in handling the responsibilities outlined as Production Manager / Head of Manufacturing / Production from international manufacturing companies. Strong leadership skills Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlookai.
