Strategy and Transformation Head

Job Description : HEAD OF STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION SINGAPORE A newly created Head of Strategy & Transformation job has just become available at one of the world's fastest growing logistics and transportation solutions provider. With an annual turnover of $8 billion USD and close to 40,000 employees worldwide, the successful candidate can expect to be part of the overall leadership team here in Singapore. Reporting to the CEO for APAC, you will be managing the overall transformation strategy. This is also a Chief of Staff role. Analyse business performance to identify roadblocks and present strategic recommendations the leadership team Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations by partnering with key business partners including sales, operations, account management and other corporate functions Communicate key business trends, underlying performance, and impact of specific investments/experimental projects Identify new opportunities for growth in individual business lines and markets Provide leadership on strategic initiatives by developing detailed project plans with activity based milestones Support CEO on the overall growth strategy for the region The successful candidate has strong strategy and consulting experience, some exposure to B2B industries in a similar strategy role would be valuable. Degree in business/finance At least 10 years of work experience in a corporate strategy role, preferably with industry experience in logistics and transportation Analytical in nature and has strong stakeholder engagement skills Excellent ability to work cross functionally
