Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER HMV NIGERIA Maintenance and repair of all of the vehicle fleet including gas and oil tankers, trailers, tipper trucks, Diesel and CNG operated Tractor head (Prime Mover), diesel and CNG generator, bus, ambulance, fire tender, water tanker, crane truck and other support equipment (electrical, electronic and mechanical). Plan and organize Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and delegate specific tasks to concerned. Ensuring that overhauls, preventative maintenance and break down repair are done in a cost effective manner with attention given to quality job and to identify and rectify repetitive problems Prepare annual operating budget for spare parts, tyres, lubricants, batteries, consumables and tools. Forecast and order spare parts for stocks replenishment Preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget Desired Candidate Profile 6. BE / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (four year regular classroom programmed). 7. Minimum 15 years of general supervisory experience in repair & maintenance section in workshop of a large automobile dealership or large automobile workshop having fleet of over 200 vehicle 8. Required Specific technical knowledge of maintenance and repair of various vehicle like ford 150, and Toyota Hilux Pick up, Car, BUS, Ambulance,Sinotruck, Tracktor Head HOWO Model, Crane, Truck, Trailer, Tankers, dump Truck /Tipper, Fire Tender, Water tanker,Diesel and CNG Generator set ranging from 12KVA To 500 KVA ( Perkins,Cummins & Caterpillar make.
