Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM USA FOR BEVERAGES 15+ years experience a leading beverages manufacturer and has just opened a brand new facilty.This is an exciting opportunity for a Planning Manager to join the team and be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of planning within the site and also working closely with the 3pls You will understand capacities and constraints from key suppliers, including own manufacturing plants, ingredient/material suppliers; and will also be responsible for working with deployment and distribution functions to maintain appropriate levels of finished goods inventory across to delivery network. The individual in this role will work cross functionally and collaboratively with other functional team members, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Distribution and Procurement. The primary purpose of the role is to match supply and demand with the view to get the right products at the right time and place. Long-term plan capacity planning to balance required and available capacity, and to negotiate changes to the master schedule and/or available capacity, including seasonal periods and planned down time Supply Network Optimisation (modelling the network variables, sensitivities, and scenarios) Owns Inventory Policy and optimises Working Capital Supporting Finished Goods Inventory control and management Assess Operations capacity to support New Business Opportunities (NPD/I, New Customers) and driving optimal supply planning and execution of NPD/I and Product Deletion projects Coordinates and leads the supply review component of the CCF Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Framework Support the National and Regional supply management reviews with analysis, coordination and recommendations as required Owns the Supply Chain Planning and Material Master Data - integrity Leading a team of 2 - demonstrate constructive leadership, building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals
