Job Description : GM - Operations (Leading PMC in Noida) – Btech/BE civil + MBA in Operations/Project Management/Strategy 15+ Years of Experience into PMC's CTC - 35 LPA Operations Management and Performance Improvement processes including target setting and Milestone tracking, Resource management, Financial Planning & Operations reporting and Business Case formulation Participates in departmental strategic planning ensuring that the developed goals align with the organization’s goals and contribute toward market growth, revenue enhancement, cost containment, maximizing clinical practice and research productivity Develop and manages all aspects of departmental budget including preparation, submission, maintenance, reporting and audits Managing the P&L and instill fiscal discipline in business corridor adjudicate new Management Consulting opportunities and lead client presentations Manage entire lifecycle of project delivery (staffing, contract, scope management, timelines, deliverables, billing, collections etc) Responsible for the implementation of various SOPs among the departments Converting business strategy into structured projects on a roadmap with deliverables identified
