Job Description : CFO (Chief Financial Officer)NIGERIA. Incumbent must be a CA (chartered accountant) with 15-20 years’ experience (Mostly in Manufacturing Organisation and some work experience in Nigeria is must) Location – Lagos, Nigeria Age – @40-45 Yrs Reporting to VP / CEO ROLE: Heading finance, accounts liaison and legal functions for Paper Operations. KEY RESULT AREA: Financial performance: Reporting, analysis. Coordinate with departments to ensure margins as per biz plans. Statutory compliances for the biz, in all aspects. Periodical review with Operations team. Budget: Preparations, Variance analysis and monitoring corrective actions Implementing cost reduction measures and efficiency improvement initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES: Timely preparation of monthly management & Statutory accounts. Liaison with company auditor to finalize yearly statutory accounts, annual returns, IT and other allied work. Timely preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly MIS. Analysis of Financial Information and highlight the unusual variations/ trends Co-ordinate with the Internal Auditors and ensure that the audit compliance reports are submitted in timely manner Keep a close eye on credit control function Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. Liaison with Local Banks for Required Banking Facilities
