Group Chief Marketing Officer

Job Description : Group Chief Marketing Officer - Global Remit. US/ East Coast based $400k basic + full executive/ corporate package globally renowned omnichannel fashion and lifestyle apparel group who enjoy a leading presence through a multiple brands and divisions. They are entering a period of significant global expansion and have restructured the executive leadership to bring in fresh talent. Reporting directly to a Chief Executive and a key member of the global ELT, you will enjoy overall responsibility and budgetary autonomy for the groups brand/s, innovation and customer experience strategy across all channels including being the group lead on current and future direct to consumer growth agendas. Will lead and mentor a global multifunctional team, manage third parties and utilize all available group resources to deliver both long and short-term goals. Will work closely alongside executive level and business unit peers across the globe to ensure overall business success. Degree and ideally MBA educated, you will be an innovative internationally experienced senior marketing executive with the ability to prove you can drive commercial and brand performance through the deployment of your strategy in an omnichannel environment. Will have managed sizable budgets ($15M+) in a relevant branded fashion environment with experience leading brand growth initiatives across traditional and emerging routes to market Will be keen to work as part of a close-knit multinational senior leadership team where you can contribute across all areas of business to exceed corporate targets. International Group with full US relocation support available if required - Would suit European/ Regional experience too.
