Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO DUBAI a prestigious business operating across 20 countries. The primary function of the successful candidate is to oversee all future growth whilst managing the global operations of the business. You will be results driven with experience of leading a fast-growing company. This role is for a permanent placement based in Dubai. Job Summary: You will be a well-seasoned Leader who is self-driven with proven experience of creating a legacy. With at least 10 years experience in a similar global operations role, you will be a high-performing team player who creates efficient and effective systems across an organisation. · Design and Implement Business Plans and a Growth Strategy. · Drive profits and manage budgets . · Report directly to the CFO and Board of Directors on performance and market analysis. · Identify and understand new verticals within the business and continue to drive excellence. · Be an ambassador for the company driving the ambitious growth strategies. · Understand the operations of the business and product knowledge/services. · Creating and mentoring a diverse and effective leadership team. · Improving and maintain operational standards. · Committed to maintain effective working relationships throughout the company. · Be involved and drive Business Development activities globally. · Develop and successfully launch new product concepts. · Manage the daily operations and staffing resource allocation. · Degree Qualification. · At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role. · Excellent communicator of written/spoken English. · Extensive overseas experience in Retail/Manufacturing/FMCG/Leisure & Entertainment. · Proven track record of motivating and leading large teams across multiple countries. · Resilient and able to perform under high-pressure environments. · Committed to live in Dubai and happy to travel globally.
