Facilities Manager

Job Description : Project/ Facility Manager Oman. Candidate needs to be a Civil Engineer having a minimum of 10 -12 years experience overseeing and managing commercial & residential building projects for a reputed group/ company and must have experience in managing inhouse Engineering team as well as liaisoning consultants/ contractors & subcontractors as in when required. Candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing companies existing showroom's/ buildings looking after the maintenance and upgradations of the existing facilities as well as companies new and upcoming projects as well. Candidate must possess excellent communication as well as man management skills.
