Sterlite Copper has units at Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu & Silvassa in the Unit Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Fujairah Gold at UAE. The operations includes a 4,00,000 MT per annum Copper Smelter with Refinery, Sulphuric and Phosphoric Acid plants and Copper plant at Tuticorin in Southern India and a Refinery and two Copper Rod Plants at Silvassa in Western India. At Fujairah Gold, we operate a Continuous Cast Rod Plant with an annual capacity of 1,00,000 MT and Precious Metal Refinery with an annual capacity of 50 MT of Gold, 120 MT of Silver. The incumbent will be responsible for executing overall business and finance strategies to ensure maximum performance delivery. S/he will spearhead full P&L responsibility to drive growth, create value and unlock true potential of the business. The leader will play a crucial role in business delivery, projects, free cash flow management, treasury and banking. S/he will drive highest order of governance, ethics, compliance, and transparent reporting of business risk. Sharp focus on cutting-edge Technology, Digitalization & Innovation, Benchmarking with Global best practices and leveraging Analytics will be key success factors for this role. The ideal candidate should be a CA with minimum of 18+ years of experience of leading business and finance domain. Excellent communication, strong business acumen and proven capability in delivering results & outcomes.
