He job will also involve discussion with our foreign partners Please see the Job Description / Qualification required for the ideal candidate Job Qualification / Competencies · Male, Aged 40 Years · Minimum 8 years related experience in HVAC Field · Bachelors degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Accounting · Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds · Receptive to travel · Resource Management & Project Management experience · Skilled in identifying new growth potential and expanding the dealer network presence · Africa Experience will be handy (Especially Candidates with experience of working in Nigeria) Job Description · Identifying investors for new dealers in the region thereby increasing product visibility and reach · Implement network strategy that will ensure regional capacity is sufficient to meet all sales targets · Routinely analyze and interpret findings of market studies, develop and implement action plans with regions · Manage the dealer inquiry process, including responding to, distributing and documentation of all inquiries · Responsible for quarterly network review forums with regional teams · Taking steps to support the growth of the dealer network and placing dealerships strategically in growing markets · Expanding network of dealers and agents ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to companys strategic plans · Assess market competition and competitor’s products/offerings, market data (size / growth rate) and analysis · Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives · Follow up and report Dealer development progress REMUNERATION PACKAGE A generous comprehensive remuneration package will be available with this position including offshore salary (paid in USD), a local living allowance.
