Job Description : COO TORONTO This global giant who manufacture snacks, breads, pastries and short shelf life products require a COO to lead it North American operations. Managing complex production facilities, full commercials and P&L this leader will make up part of the operational leadership team. The Profile: A mixture of Operations and lean manufacturing, full P&L exposure with 5+ years commercial client facing exposure. A mixture of MNC exposure and leading medium sized business through growth and transformation. Salary CAD 400,000 + 30% Bonus. This role would be open to a senior GM looking to step up.
