After Sales Head 
15 yearsJob Description : AFTERSALES HEAD IVC The role requires providing complete after-sales support to the company and its customer. This includes total control on the service life cycle of the vehicle right from arriving at the port until it gets scraped. It also includes total management of Spare Parts based on TOC. Business development for the After-Sales division as per the market potential is critical for this role. The person is responsible for the P&L of the After-Sales Business and s/he needs to ensure that the business is profitable all the months thought-out the year Develop a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives for After Sales business in the countries responsible for, under the guidance of the General Manager. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual after-sales, and collection targets, ensuring that business remains profitable in all the months Lead and drive the development of workshop & spare parts function in line with strategies, business plans and values Work closely with the reporting manager and sales team to assess and evaluate technical needs, especially in the introduction of Daewoo vehicles in the new segment like fuel transportation. Timely providing feedback to manufacture, H.Q and management teams locally in case of any product failure or abnormal issue with the product Responsible for the CSI and NPS (Minimum 90%) Manage & control operational, fixed & variable costs to ensure that the total investment in spare parts and workshop is commensurate with the turnover being achieved. Use TOC for the spare parts ordering Relationship management with channel partners, suppliers & dealers to maximize business opportunities Develop a “Customer First Culture” within the team. Live up to the “It’s all about uptime” Strategy Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the business maximizes its short, medium, and long-term business objectives Support sales team to determine customer needs Achievement of a Minimum of 25% of the revenue through VAS or innovative solutions in after-sales business Develop and sustain the organization’s culture, values, and reputation in compliance with Tata’s Code of Conduct. Provide feedback on different after-sales market initiatives taken by the competitors Represent Tata International at relevant events and with key stakeholders. Fluency in French language is required Experience working in Heavy Commercial Vehicles in the specified geography Workshop experience along with spare parts experience
