Job Description : CFO UAE Strategic leadership, direction and management for the Group Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive leadership team Overseeing the group preparation of all financial reporting Advising on long-term business and financial planning Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders Reviewing all formal finance and company strategic procedures Assist in formulating the company’s strategic plan future direction Monitor and direct strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Oversee all transactions and processing systems Implement operational best practices Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities Ensure effective internal controls are in place 10+ years in senior leadership role Strong business partnering skills Strong commercial acumen Strong problem solving High level of integrity and dependability Tech industry experience ACCA, ACA, CIMA OR CPA preferred
