Job Description : GM AUTO QATAR Monitoring market trends to ensure that the dealership is meeting customer needs and promoting new products Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss issues related to the dealership’s operations Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the dealership is operating efficiently Communicating with customers by phone or email to address concerns or complaints Assisting in hiring new employees when needed and providing training to ensure that they are familiar with company policies Reviewing financial reports, such as sales figures and inventory turnover rates, to assess the performance of the dealership Providing leadership in developing and executing strategic plans for the dealership’s success Communicating with vendors to negotiate prices on new vehicles, parts, and services Reviewing customer complaints and resolving disputes on behalf of the dealership
