Job Description : Supply Chain Manager SEA - Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer INDONESIA Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing Multinational Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturer who’s looking for a Supply Chain Manager to handle the Southeast Asia region to be based in Sumatera with a strong experience in Supply Chain and a High Level of Leadership. Lead and promote sourcing organization ( governance & coordination, set up sourcing quality & excellence) In charge of managing the sourcing team Responsible to manage sourcing excellence and performance ( developing sourcing strategies, bringing sourcing value, tracking savings, etc) Build & implement sourcing strategy and process Manage suppliers and compliance ( managing contracts and supplier referential, supplier risks, guarantee CSR Compliance) Supply Process Someone with CIPS Certificates is preferred Graduate in Business, Project Management, or Mechanical engineering or equivalent 15 - 20 years of sourcing experience Ideally have experience in Oil & Gas related industry Willing to be placed in Sumatra
