Costing and Finance Manager

Job Description : COSTING AND FINANCE MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PLASTIC INDUSTRY This position will have the overall accountability to: · Manage the costing in charge of the plastics and packaging Cluster of Businesses. · Drive the costing agenda of the SBUs in the plastics and packaging domain, playing a key role in pitching in competitive product pricing while maintaining the profitability of the Units. • Support the Business Head with accurate costing of all SKUs so that product pricing decisions are done appropriately to maximize sales. • Ensure timely analysis of all financial data and suggest corrective measures to protect the financial health of the group companies. • Analytically suggest improvement from costing point of view. • Vet Annual Operating plans with respect to EBITA. • Find and suggest ways and means to maximize return on investment. • To work on cost control & reduction measures on continuous basis · Candidate must be ICWA /CMA/ CA · Should have experience in Manufacturing company as FC/ Costing Manager. · Must have handled product costing end to end - especially in rigid/ flexible laminates/ mono cartons domain in a unit/ organization with annual turnover of about 40M $ PA. · Must have a strong exposure to manufacturing cost analysis, cost auditing, MIS etc. · He should have about 15 years of experience of which, 3 years as overall in-charge of costing of a SBU. · African experience is essential and Nigerian experience is desirable.
