Group Finance Controller

Job Description : GROUP FC INDONESIA As a senior member of the Finance leadership team, you will oversee the financial accounting and reporting functions, group consolidation, internal controls and continuous process improvements across all legal entities within the group. Ownership and development of a group finance function, including all accounting operations and tax Internal reporting, including consolidated monthly management accounts, and ad hoc reporting to business with the ability to refresh and develop reporting to ensure it remains insightful and fit for purpose Management of external audit and development, regulatory reporting and documentation of strong internal controls framework to support future growth Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Minimum of 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance Experience working in Big 4 and/or fintech is a must Relevant Accounting degree and professional qualifications as well as accounting, leadership and controllership experience Strong team management experience Strong technical accounting skills Knowledge of Indonesia accounting standards
