Job Description : GAS PROCESSING PLANT MANAGER NIGERIA Project Phase 1 Timely completion of all HSEF related project activities including engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning 2 Support in reviewing Technical & Engineering Specifications, Equipment Datasheets, PIDs, Equipment & Piping Layouts, Inspection & Test Plans, Piping Line lists, Isometrics, 3D model, control loop narratives, logic diagrams, loop & functional integrity, hook-ups, etc. for detailed engineering phase of the Project. 3 Support in HAZOP, QRA, Air Dispersion modelling, Flares radiation study, Fire systems adequacy study, etc. 4 Review of Tender documents, Procurement specifications, Commissioning, Technical calculations as necessary. 5 Project Progress monitoring and initiate necessary actions to meet the project completion schedules. 6 Inspections & clearance of equipment & piping, I & C systems, electrical systems, etc, during various stages of the project. 7 Monitor effluents and emissions discharges and highlight deviations from statutory requirements, to the respective disciplines. 8 Develop, implement and comply to the project procedures. Operation Phase 1 Ensure support to the operation team during normal operation & shut-down, emergencies / up-sets to achieve planned production. 2 Support in controlling effluents and emissions discharge to meet statutory requirements. 3 Technical Decision making related to HSEF activities of the Plants, as and when required. 4 Support in maintaining optimum inventory of Chemicals & Consumables. 5 Support Plant breakdown / deviations investigations. Provide practicable consensual suggestions. 6 Identify, suggest and follow-up Plant improvements to improve Health / Safety / Environment. 7 Support and coordinate in Management of Changes. 8 Procurement of spares and chemicals, other items as necessary and inspections of the same, as required. 9.Day-to-day coordination with other sections for prioritising activities and Support in shutdown & Plant Turnaround Planning and execution schedules. 10 Support in shutdown & Plant Turnaround Planning and execution schedules. 11 Fertilizer Overall Performance monitoring and improvement & Periodic internal and statutory audits of HSEF systems and compliance to recommendations and Laisioning with Statutory bodies related to HSEF 1. Unit operations and Equipment and machinery functioning 2. Different fluids handled in fertilizer industry & Codes and Standards 3. Statutory regulations, 3 D Model, 4. HAZOP, QRA, environmental studies 5. HSEF Audits Exp.- 20+years
