General Manager

Job Description : General Manager for a medium-sized BMS, ELV & MEP Company QATAR will be responsible for all facets of operations of the company in Qatar, including but not limited to strategy setting, organization, operations, quality control, staffing, sales growth, and profitability of the Company. The incumbent would also have responsibility and accountability for the retention of contracts, growth of the business, control of operational budgets, and responsibility for delivery of the bottom line. Job Description. 1) Minimum 15 years out of which 5 years of experience in a Manager position to run a medium-sized company. 2) Experience in managing 50M to 80M turnover company. 3) Capable to Manage all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the Company by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. 4) Having excellent market contacts to support the business development team. 5) Technical knowledge in BMS & ELV in Commercial/ Industrial/ Utilities/ infrastructure/ Oil&Gas sectors. 6) Excellent in connection with Industrial leads OEMs. 7) Basic understanding of DT/IT future operations.
