Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO VIETNAM The Chief Operating Officer is one of the key strategic positions in the company. Working directly with the General Director the COO will be tasked with working across different teams and build long-term strategies using financial analysis and also a emphasis on improving the financial systems of the company. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing business operations Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision Secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators Ensuring operational KPIs are met for all department Work with all HODs to understand the risks in each department and prepare for risk management 15+ of relevant experience in finance management Experience is agriculture, chemical or related field is a plus Masters of Business Administration Excellent analytical skill Excellent skill on excel, result-oriented Fluency in speaking and writing English A positive thinker, logically thinking, proactive, result oriented
