Assistant General Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : AGM SINGAPORE A leading tire manufacturer and distributor is seeking an Associate General Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of a business. In this job, you will set schedules every week, ensure that all shifts are completed smoothly, and supervise all departments and teams in the organisation. In this position, you will work closely with C-suite executives and Head-Customer Experience, and be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with documentation and finance, and managing some of the leading customer relationship engagement. Hands-on and at the same time managing a team of customer service representatives and working as SPOC for management and large customer accounts. Liaise with customers for order adjustments (prioritisation, proposals, fillers, switches, free stock, etc.) with the constant goal of maximising shipments Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers through open and interactive communication Ensure that shipments logbook, customer back orders, and freight trackers are being maintained and up-to-date Coordinate with procurement and production planning team to ensure availability of a product for shipments on a timely basis Coordinate with the documentation team for document management Ensure LC, DP, and other documents are being handled timely basis Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business plans run smoothly Manage growth and achieve business targets Support the Head of Customer Service in Risk Management and Credit assessment (allowing container stuffing only if Credit limit/Deposit/Export LC are available) To succeed in this Associate General Manager role, you must have at least 10 years of operations and customer service experience within the manufacturing environment. Degree in business, logistics, or engineering 10 years of extensive operations and customer service experience within the manufacturing industry Strong influencing and communication skills, able to work with and care for the whole spectrum of the human individual Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Good negotiation, planning, and organisational capabilities
