You report to the Head of Finance and you lead and supervise a team of 8 people. As a Country Finance Manager you have two main focus areas for which you are responsible: Accounting • Planning resources within the purchase-to-pay process and sales-to-collect process and managing the daily activities of the team; • Manage timely follow-up of service requests to the stores; • Managing the ICO process within the Group, determining amounts to be charged, communicating accruals and ensuring that invoices are sent on time by the Accounts Receivable department; • Manage VAT, withholding and other taxes, ensure compliance with obligations, returns and payments; • Record accounting adjustments, accruals, allocations, currency revaluations and ensure consistent and solid financial statements; • Execute/review month-end activities including reconciliations, analysis of account variations, accruals and log entries, while maintaining an ongoing accounting mindset to ensure timely processing of financial transactions throughout the month; • Maintaining and maintaining the mandatory accounting documents required by civil law and the maintenance of mandatory records required by tax law; • Relationships with independent accountants and contacts with the company and local functions (departments). Bachelor's or master's degree (with preference for economics and finance); Educational background in accounting; More than 15 years of experience in financial accounting in international companies, gained in a rapidly changing environment; Experience with people management; This position requires a self-motivated and energetic person with a strong desire to improve processes; Experience with Finance and Treasury systems;
