Division Manager

Job Description : Infrastructure Division Manager Location : Qatar Contract Term: Secondment Contracts from Mekdam Technical Services to Client Job Details: Minimum 15+ years’ broad experience oil and gas projects (engineering, submission & approvals with regulatory bodies, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning, completions and handover) with specific involvement in the construction and start-up of major infrastructure facilities (accommodation camps, WWTP, TCF etc.). To manage all activities related to Infrastructure development of all EPC Contractors (Initial accommodations, Contractor Camps, NFS Pioneer Camp, NFS EPC Camps, Camp Utilities, TCF areas, potentially additional TCF areas and other supporting infrastructures, Early Site Works if any), prior to and after award of EPC Contracts with the Infrastructure team, PMT disciplines, the EPC Contractors and the external parties with the ultimate objective to ensure safe and on-time occupancy, mobilization of resources and start of storage and prefabrication activities
