Candidate BE & MBA with 24-28 years of exp in Setting priorities, Achievement of Long Term & short Term goals ,Leverage Manufacturing efficiencies & Business Growth. Can bring wealth for all stakeholders. Smart & Dynamic professional from FMCG or related sector · Experience in handling team of sales executives · Be an active member to promote Dealer development and channel management · Hands on experience in BTL and field promotional activities · Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales associates managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations. · Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team. · Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. · Leads field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate · Meets assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives. · Implementation of all customers related initiatives among sales personnel managed within the area · Jointly responsible (with field marketing) for marketing investment ROI in the assigned marketplace. · Achieves strategic teams objectives defined by company management. · Implements effective coaching and development of direct-report associates. · Directs the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed, coordinating with the appropriate management-level resources · Works closely with Customer Service and Field Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field sales support. Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must. · knowledge & experience in auto OEM industry · Well versed with MS office applications.
