10 yearsJob Description : Business Development Manager UAE Industry: Consumer Electronics • Defining major consulting & Design companies as our customer and continuous communication and presentation to specify our products • Individual with System A/C exposure and market experience. • Possess strong relationships with the HVAC Consultancy sector. • Create a strategic relationship with major HVAC consulting firms • Analyze consultant’s requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals. • Able to achieve targets as set by Management: • Selection of the most appropriate consultant channels. • Maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, Distributors, Consultants, and customers. • Building consultants Channel Management • Building and maintaining networks through differentiated activities • Maintaining Consultant relationships through regular visits/communication. • Develop & maintain strategic relations with key Consultants using existing shared resources • Managing project information to increase the winning ratio • 10+ years’ experience within the HVAC industry handling Consultant sales. • Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player. • Good networking with the local industry • Strong accounts management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to work under minimum supervision
